Clark’s research interests include the relationships between material culture, ethnicity, and gender; cultural landscapes; and the politics of heritage management. Her most recent field research focuses on the Hispanic occupants of southeastern Colorado and the material record of their relationship to tradition, the landscape, Euroamerican settlers, and global economic forces. Her Master’s degree in Anthropology is from the University of Denver.
